understand the science behind why you keep drinking more than you want to
2. Shed limiting beliefs
Through the process of inquiry we will:
gain an understanding of the subconscious mind and its role in forming your beliefs
question and explore their origins
learn tactics to gain clarity around your thought patterns
acquire skills to intentionally choose empowering thoughts that will move you towards your goals
3. Create an action plan
Together we will:
discuss & outline your future goals
structure measurable steps forward
establish & maintain accountability
generate a plan with strategies and tactics designed for your individual growth and success

Fill out the Become a Client form. Please provide a brief description of yourself and your current needs.

Once I receive your email, I will send you an intake form containing more specific questions for you to answer.

My calendar link will be provided for you to schedule a 60 minute Zoom call to discuss your needs and goals in further detail and determine how my services can support you in your journey.

Once it is determined that we are a good fit, I will send additional information via email to finalize our agreement and schedule our first session!
